Job Requirements

  • Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment

  • Understanding of technical and precise food service practices

Job Duties

  • Receive, store, scale, and organize subsistence and kitchen food supplies
  • Distribute food and supplies efficiently according to scheduled needs
  • Take inventory and maintain accurate records of kitchen supplies and subsistence
  • Ensure sanitary and safety compliance in all food handling and storage practices
  • Use and maintain kitchen tools and equipment properly
  • Interpret instructions and specifications related to meal preparation and food service
