Job Duties

  • Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures
  • Grills items to ensure quality
  • Ensures fried products are fresh and hot
  • Restocks items at Display Cooking Station when necessary
  • Assists guests with carved meat when Carver is unavailable
  • Uses buffet production system ensuring quality and shelf life compliance
  • Maintains correct temperature of products during cooking, holding and serving
