Job Duties
- Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures
- Grills items to ensure quality
- Ensures fried products are fresh and hot
- Restocks items at Display Cooking Station when necessary
- Assists guests with carved meat when Carver is unavailable
- Uses buffet production system ensuring quality and shelf life compliance
- Maintains correct temperature of products during cooking, holding and serving
