Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year kitchen experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment

- Ability to follow recipes and portion controls consistently
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
- Comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen policies
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations for smooth service
- Portion food products prior to cooking according to standard sizes and recipe specifications
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers and fryers
- Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
- Close the kitchen properly and follow closing checklist for kitchen stations
- Assist others in closing the kitchen, attend all scheduled team meetings and training, and suggest improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned like dishwashing and bussing
