Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
- ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, screening, testing, and PPE use
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of line cook or prep cook experience
- experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- passion for cooking and hospitality
- knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to prescribed recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and cooking areas
- collaborate with culinary team to create seasonal menus
- ensure quality and presentation of dishes meet high standards
- interact with residents and guests to provide excellent service
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- manage inventory and supplies efficiently
