- high school diploma or equivalent
- culinary arts training preferred
- two years of dietary experience
- knowledge of dietary procedures and related food service laws, regulations, and guidelines
- leadership ability and willingness to supervise personnel
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- assure all dietary procedures are followed
- operate all kitchen equipment safely and effectively including meat slicer, food processor, mixers, ovens, grills, steamers, dishwasher, dumb waiter, warmer cabinets
- assist in establishing food production line to ensure meals are prepared on time
- represent the community with a positive attitude and pride when interacting with potential residents and families
- prepare and serve nutritious meals with high-quality presentation and flavorful taste
