Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year culinary experience in restaurant senior living or equivalent
- Availability to work full time including weekends
- Ability to follow food safety standards and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform cooking duties
- Willingness to learn and grow in a senior living environment

Job Duties
- Exhibit cooking standards of speed accuracy and efficiency
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness sanitation and operational organization
- Adhere to food quality appearance and presentation standards
- Produce and serve menu cycle programs compliant with nutritional and dietary criteria
- Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of cooking preparation and production
- Assist with food production and ware washing as necessary
- Evaluate food service quality quantity temperature and appearance to improve operations
- Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner
- Support a culture that drives top-line revenue and occupancy
