Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred but not required
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock prep and line stations
  • Clean, disinfect and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities and portion control systems
  • Inspect food prep and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure food safety and sanitary handling practices
  • Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during busy periods
