Job Requirements

  • food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards
  • minimum one year of closely related cooking experience
  • ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
  • ability to bend, twist, and stand for prolonged periods

  • frequently work with sharp knives and hot plates

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • prepare cooked foods following recipes and product directions
  • perform all station functions including fry, flat top griddle, pantry, and egg cooking
  • communicate ticket times and potential problems to manager on duty and servers
  • provide high quality service to customers and associates
  • clean and sanitize work stations and equipment
  • practice excellent food safety and sanitation in compliance with HACCP standards
  • operate various kitchen equipment and prepare ingredients
