Job Requirements
- food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards
- at least 1 year of related cooking experience
- experience in high volume and casual dining preferred
- knowledge of soups, saute, broiler, fry, and pantry
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policies
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- ability to bend, twist, and stand for job functions
- frequent hand immersion in water and chemicals
- work with sharp knives, utensils and hot plates
- frequent work in hot environments
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year of related cooking experience

- strong communication skills with customers and team
- ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
Job Duties
- prepare cooked foods following recipes and product directions
- operate all station functions including Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and egg cooking
- communicate ticket times and issues to manager and servers
- provide high-quality service to customers and team members
- clean and sanitize work stations and equipment
- practice food safety and comply with HACCP standards
- stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of products
