Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Comply with all airport and/or train station rules and regulations
  • Demonstrate dependability by being punctual and adhering to schedule
  • Always dressed in complete uniform and presents a well-groomed appearance
  • Show initiative and follow through with tasks
  • Consistently effective customer service and pays attention to customer needs
  • Ability to speak English clearly, read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and policy documents

Job Duties

  • Champion exceptional customer service with every interaction
  • Maintain strong familiarity with menu items and daily specials
  • Prep, cook, and season food items following exact company and brand recipes
  • Accurately measure ingredients to ensure consistency and reduce waste
  • Ensure food portions and presentation align with brand standards
  • Follow all food safety protocols including wrapping, labeling, rotating, and temp checks
  • Use FIFO (First In, First Out) method for food rotation
  • Ensure cooking tools and workspaces are clean and sanitized before use
  • Assist fellow kitchen staff to complete food orders in a timely fashion
  • Regularly clean and sanitize kitchen areas and remove hazards
  • Take out trash, sweep, and mop floors as needed
  • Support team efforts with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Immediately report any safety incidents to management
  • Complete other duties as assigned by leadership
