This position is available at a dynamic restaurant environment where the role of a Cook is vital to maintaining the quality and operational flow of food preparation. Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to stand, bend, reach, move, stoop, stretch, and lift continuously in a restaurant environment
- Willingness to work in environments with frequent exposure to heat, hot liquid shortening, freezers, and variable weather conditions
- Regular attendance
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Cook, prepare, and package food product pursuant to operational and quality standards
- Operate dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, and food prep stations as assigned
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease
- Maintain regular attendance
- Report customer or employee complaints/issues to Manager on Duty
- Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required
