Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of food service experience
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards
- Ability to work varied shifts and weekends
- Ability to exert moderate physical effort
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Proficiency in computer use
- Ability to handle exposure to biological hazards safely
Job Qualifications
- Vocational or technical training preferred
- Minimum one year of food service experience in quantity food preparation or hospital food service
- Completion of a food safety course preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills including MS Outlook and Word
- Superior customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare meals using proper production systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
