Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous related experience beneficial but not required
- Open availability for varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work if required

- Passionate about food preparation and customer service
- 0 to 2 years of related cooking experience is beneficial
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare food according to standards
- Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- Reduce food waste through efficient preparation methods
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
