Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Capable of standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock prep and line stations
- Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- Check quality and freshness of ingredients
- Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control systems
- Inspect food prep and service areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
