Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • Capable of standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cooking or food preparation experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock prep and line stations
  • Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • Check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control systems
  • Inspect food prep and service areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
