Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent optional

- 1+ year culinary work experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a fun and inviting manner
- perform opening and closing procedures related to the assigned food and beverage location
- plan and prepare food based on core menu manual specifications
- observe proper use of cooking and preparation equipment
- perform food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, dicing, and mixing
- practice safety procedures when working with sharp objects
- ensure food products are delivered according to menu specifications with attention to plate presentation
- expedite food items efficiently to maximize productivity
- proficiently operate on both hot and cold lines
- assist colleagues with miscellaneous duties to prevent service delays
