- prepare food items accurately and with minimal waste
- learn and apply IHOP-specific galley terminology
- plate menu items according to company standards
- set up kitchen equipment
- verify stock levels and replenish supplies
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work area
- follow all governmental and company safety and sanitation policies
