Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with California child labor laws
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- must have reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts
- ability to comply with uniform policies

- exceptional customer service skills with ability to resolve issues positively

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent optional
- well-developed interpersonal skills
- commitment to great guest service
- 1 plus years of previous culinary work experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a fun and inviting manner
- perform opening and closing procedures related to the assigned Food and Beverage location as directed
- plan and prepare food based on core menu manual specifications
- observe proper use of cooking and preparation equipment
- perform food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, dicing, and mixing
- practice safety procedures when handling sharp objects
- use equipment safely including PPE
- ensure food products meet quality and presentation standards
- expedite food items efficiently
- perform duties on both hot and cold food lines
- assist colleagues to prevent delays in customer service
