Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team environment
- Capability to remain stationary and move for up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in hot and damp environments
- Ability to use hand dexterity for small tools
- Willingness to wear protective gloves and face coverings throughout the shift
- Capacity to wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap
- Commitment to health, safety and hygiene guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Capability to perform physical tasks required for kitchen work
- Commitment to quality and safety standards
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Applebee's standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and cooking areas
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols including the use of protective gear
- Handle food and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Support the team in maintaining a positive and fast-paced work environment
