Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cooking experience is a plus but not required
- knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
- clean, disinfect and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
- check quality and freshness of ingredients
- prepare, season and cook food according to recipes, indicated quantities and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
- inspect food preparation and serving areas, as well as utensils and equipment, to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
- substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during busy periods
