Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with California Child Labor Laws
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to comply with uniform policies
- Safety-oriented mindset to comply with food preparation regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to resolve questions and issues positively and professionally
- Ability to follow directions, multitask, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to safely use kitchen equipment
- Ability to keep kitchen areas neat and organized
- Ability to safely use knives and other food preparation tools
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (optional)
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Commitment to great guest service
- 1+ year of culinary work experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a fun and inviting manner
- Perform opening and closing procedures related to the assigned Food & Beverage location
- Plan and prepare food based on core menu manual specifications
- Observe proper use of all cooking and preparation equipment
- Perform food preparation including chopping, slicing, dicing, mixing
- Practice safety procedures when working with sharp objects
- Ensure food products meet consistency and presentation standards
- Expedite food items efficiently to maintain productivity
- Work proficiently on both hot and cold lines
- Assist colleagues to prevent customer service delays
