Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a cooking or food preparation role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Set up and stock preparation and line stations
  • Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • Check ingredient quality and freshness
  • Prepare, season, and cook foods according to recipes, specified amounts, and portion control systems
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas as well as utensils and equipment to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation practices
  • Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during peak periods
