Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years relevant culinary experience
- Required open availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings nights weekends and holidays
- Valid Food Handler's permit or ability to obtain upon hire
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume upscale restaurant hotel or country club setting
- Required open availability to work flexible schedule including early mornings nights weekends and holidays
- Strong knife skills and proficiency with various cooking methods including grilling sauteing frying and roasting
- Current Food Handler's permit or certification ServSafe preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
- Ability to work well under pressure manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a calm positive professional demeanor
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Execute all dishes according to standardized club recipes presentation guidelines and quality standards for both casual and upscale restaurants
- Efficiently set up stock and maintain designated cooking stations to ensure readiness for service
- Perform basic prep work including washing chopping marinating and portioning ingredients
- Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking to ensure consistency in taste temperature and presentation
- Work quickly and accurately during peak hours to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Plate and garnish food items attractively adhering to club presentation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to maintain smooth flow of service and clear communication
- Follow instructions from Executive Chef or Sous Chef promptly and accurately
- Assist with inventory control including rotation labeling and storage of food products
- Adhere strictly to all health sanitation and safety regulations including HACCP protocols
- Maintain a clean organized and sanitary work area including cleaning equipment at shift end
- Report equipment malfunctions or health safety concerns to management immediately
