Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior cooking or food preparation experience preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • physical stamina and agility
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of basic kitchen fundamentals including knife skills and seasoning
  • ability to run a station independently
  • understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • experience in a similar cooking role preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • positive attitude and teamwork orientation
  • ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook products according to recipe specifications and food safety/sanitation guidelines
  • know menu items specific to position
  • possess fundamental skills of the kitchen including seasoning, knife skills, and organization
  • understand and follow production and location appearance guidelines
  • provide friendly and efficient service to teammates and guests
  • practice proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
  • adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in training manual and employee handbook
