Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior cooking or food preparation experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- physical stamina and agility
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic kitchen fundamentals including knife skills and seasoning
- ability to run a station independently
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- experience in a similar cooking role preferred
- strong organizational skills
- positive attitude and teamwork orientation
- ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook products according to recipe specifications and food safety/sanitation guidelines
- know menu items specific to position
- possess fundamental skills of the kitchen including seasoning, knife skills, and organization
- understand and follow production and location appearance guidelines
- provide friendly and efficient service to teammates and guests
- practice proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
- adhere to Levy guidelines as stated in training manual and employee handbook
