Job Duties
- Cook food including pastries desserts and soups according to recipes
- Ensure quality of foods
- Assist in testing and standardizing recipes
- Maintain proper temperatures for food
- Operate and clean all production utensils and equipment
- Maintain cooking area in a sanitary neat and orderly manner
- Prepare complete meals and special events foods
- Arrange food in an appealing manner
- Prepare food including meats vegetables salads desserts and soups for regular modified and calculated diets using weighing and measuring techniques
