Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others
  • Ability to remain stationary and move for periods up to four hours
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to work in hot and damp conditions
  • Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
  • Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role helpful but not required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and food safety protocols
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Coordinate with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
  • Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
  • Follow company policies on hygiene and protective equipment usage
