Job Requirements

Must be physically able to frequently lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds
Must be able to continuously stand, walk, stoop, reach, push, pull, and bend
Must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical
Must satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)
Must obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and/or complete food handler's training
Experience with food preparation and presentation
Open to all applicants with priority eligibility considerations
No education substitution allowed for experience
Foreign education must be equivalent to U.S. education

Job Qualifications

Experience in food preparation and service in grill, snack bar, restaurant, or club environments
Knowledge of food service equipment and safety procedures
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Basic arithmetic skills
Food Handler's Certificate or completion of food handler’s training

Job Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to set menus and recipes
Operate and clean food service equipment
Follow safety and sanitation procedures
Assist in stocking and organizing supplies
Maintain cleanliness of the food preparation and service areas
Lift and move food and equipment as required
Adhere to food handling and storage regulations
