Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE protocols as required for health and safety
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced full scratch kitchen
- Demonstrated ability to prepare dishes flawlessly and in a timely manner
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality dishes from scratch following seasonal menus
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Communicate effectively and politely with residents, guests, and staff
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to ensure exceptional dining experiences
- Adhere to food safety, health, and sanitation standards
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of local ingredients
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills
