Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk 100% of time
- capable of lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally
- ability to follow strict food safety and hygiene procedures
- availability to work PM shifts
- compliance with uniform and personal hygiene standards
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and management

Job Duties
- Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and batch cooking methods
- ensure quality and quantity of food throughout service
- maintain proper line presentation including correct pans, garnishes, and utensils
- communicate with line servers and management about food items
- complete daily production sheets
- properly store and date food items
- follow HACCP guidelines for leftover utilization
- adhere to cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
- maintain uniform and personal hygiene
- assist team members and perform additional duties as assigned
