Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to stand and walk 100% of time
  • capable of lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally
  • ability to follow strict food safety and hygiene procedures
  • availability to work PM shifts
  • compliance with uniform and personal hygiene standards
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and management

Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and batch cooking methods
  • ensure quality and quantity of food throughout service
  • maintain proper line presentation including correct pans, garnishes, and utensils
  • communicate with line servers and management about food items
  • complete daily production sheets
  • properly store and date food items
  • follow HACCP guidelines for leftover utilization
  • adhere to cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
  • maintain uniform and personal hygiene
  • assist team members and perform additional duties as assigned
