Minimum of one year experience in a similar position
knowledge of special diets and meal preparation for large groups preferred
understanding of safe food handling techniques
ability to read and understand recipes
ability to work within a team

Job Duties

Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient food service department
demonstrate a complete understanding of all basic food production skill sets with the ability to perform these error-free and meet the company quality standards

follow food health and safety regulations
work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
communicate effectively with team members
handle multiple tasks simultaneously
