- Skilled in prep, cooking, and executing recipes with consistency

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
- Know and comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period
- Portion food products prior to cooking according to standards and recipe specifications
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, and fryers
- Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods
- Close the kitchen properly following the closing checklist for kitchen stations
- Attend all scheduled team meetings and training sessions and contribute suggestions for improvements
- Perform other duties such as dishwashing and bussing as assigned
