Job Requirements

Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

Professional cooking experience in a commercial environment, ideally senior living or high-volume food production
Knowledge of food preparation, safe handling techniques, and essential nutrition
Compassionate individual with positive and professional representation skills
Quick learner able to master various types of kitchen equipment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Effective team player with good communication abilities

Job Duties

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, including properly preparing, serving, and storing food
Ensure the special dietary needs of residents are met
Make a significant contribution to residents' quality of life by maintaining the highest quality and consistency of meals
Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
Work effectively in a team environment with strong communication
Perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation
Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living
