Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
No prior restaurant experience required
Ability to follow instructions and maintain focus in a busy environment
Must pass a background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is a plus

Job Duties

Prepping ingredients for meals
Cooking and plating food according to menu specifications
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace
Collaborating with team members to ensure timely food preparation
Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assisting with inventory management
Adhering to Cracker Barrel’s quality standards for food and presentation
