Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, daily screenings, and use of PPE as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of line cook or prep cook experience in a fast-paced full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Strong culinary skills with experience in scratch cooking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for creating exceptional food experiences and hospitality
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals from scratch according to seasonal menus
  • Ensure dishes are executed flawlessly and delivered in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to uphold high food quality and safety standards
  • Assist with inventory and ordering of culinary supplies as needed
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies consistently
