Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to standardized recipes and production sheet needs to include portion control, garnishing and presentation
  • Continue to improve cooking skills through flexibility in assignments
  • Store leftovers and prep food using proper labeling and within timeframes
  • Inventory food items as assigned
  • Maintain appropriate records of food temperatures, production, waste and usage
  • Maintain and ensure food safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment throughout shift according to the standards of the department, hospital and regulatory agencies
