Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required or 5 years of relatable life and or work experience verified by references and or employment verification
- Prior cooking experience preferably in a high volume setting
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license required
- Flexible schedule depending on departmental needs
- Able to work with children

Job Duties
- Follow weekly cycle menus and production worksheets while recording daily food preparation amounts and usages to include special diets
- Prepare hot and cold food working with a basic standardized recipe system
- Record daily food, refrigeration and dishwasher temperatures
- Assure overall sanitation and general cleaning of serving areas
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
