Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team and management
  • Must meet personal appearance standards
  • Willingness to perform tasks as directed by management

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation or a similar hospitality role preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers
  • Ability to maintain quality control standards
  • Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepares food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
  • Restocks front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time and temperature standards
  • Adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries and/or practices
  • Maintains a positive attitude and fosters a fun work environment
  • Strives to exceed guest expectations through excellent service
  • Cooperates and maintains respectful relationships with management and team members
  • Monitors the quality of products and takes actions to maintain that quality
  • Ensures personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism
  • Recognizes and adheres to all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures
  • Performs other tasks as directed by management
