Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and management
- Must meet personal appearance standards
- Willingness to perform tasks as directed by management

- Experience in food preparation or a similar hospitality role preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety guidelines
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers
- Ability to maintain quality control standards
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Prepares food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
- Restocks front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time and temperature standards
- Adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries and/or practices
- Maintains a positive attitude and fosters a fun work environment
- Strives to exceed guest expectations through excellent service
- Cooperates and maintains respectful relationships with management and team members
- Monitors the quality of products and takes actions to maintain that quality
- Ensures personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism
- Recognizes and adheres to all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures
- Performs other tasks as directed by management
