- have the ability to work a flexible schedule

- catering experience preferred but not required
- have experience with large party functions, special events, and intimate dining experiences preferred
- must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- have common knowledge of how a fast paced kitchen functions and operates
- accurately prepare food customer orders in a prompt and courteous manner
- ensure quality and consistency of food and quality and volume of work
- maintain a flexible schedule
- maintain positive relations with customers, vendors and employees
