Job Requirements
- Previous experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work Sunday through Thursday including weekends
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
- Capability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to participate in training programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and safety protocols
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work full-time schedule including weekends
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- Serves meals or prepares for delivery using correct portioning and presentation
- Uses established ticket collection procedures during service
- Cleans kitchen and stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
- Maintains cleanliness of refrigerators and storerooms
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering food and supplies
