Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Ability to follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • Clean, disinfect and organize the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities and controls
  • Inspect food preparation and service areas, utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary practices
  • Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during peak times
