Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting is an advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
- Clean, disinfect and organize the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
- Prepare, season and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities and controls
- Inspect food preparation and service areas, utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary practices
- Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during peak times
