Job Duties
- Exhibit cooking standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and operational organization
- Adhere to food quality, appearance and presentation standards
- Produce and serve menu cycle programs compliant with nutritional/dietary criteria
- Demonstrate knowledge of cooking preparation and production
- Assist with food production and ware washing as necessary
- Evaluate food service quality and make operational improvements
- Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner
- Support a culture driving revenue and occupancy
