Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols and PPE requirements as mandated by Oakmont Management Group
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a line cook in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- Strong culinary skills focused on fresh, high-quality food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for service and hospitality
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals from scratch according to seasonal menus
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery
- Interact with residents and guests to build personal connections and enhance their dining experience
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Adapt to changes in menu and operational procedures promptly
