Job Requirements

Training or experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
Evidence of knowledge, skills, and ability for the position
Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
Ability to maintain and use kitchen tools and equipment
Capacity to work without more than normal supervision
Experience preferably in healthcare institutional food service
Willingness to follow detailed instructions and work practices

Job Qualifications

Experience as a WG-4 cook or equivalent
Experience cooking in a healthcare institutional setting
Ability to interpret instructions and specifications
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work with minimal supervision

Job Duties
