Job Requirements

hs diploma or ged required or 5 years of relatable life and/or work experience to be verified by references and/or employment verification
prior cooking experience, preferably in a high volume setting
must be at least 21 years of age or older
valid driver's license required
flexible schedule depending on departmental needs
able to work with children

Job Duties

follow weekly cycle menus and production worksheets while recording daily food preparation amounts and usages to include special diets
prepare hot and cold food working with a basic standardized recipe system
record daily food, refrigeration and dishwasher temperatures
assure overall sanitation and general cleaning of serving areas
all other duties as assigned by management
