Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent of GED
- associate's degree preferred
- one year experience following standard recipes
- experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred
- maintain required state food certifications
- knowledge of food cost control and usage guidelines
- ability to follow recipes and guidelines

Job Duties
- Provide excellent quality of product and service to guests
- prepare menu items following standard recipes
- store and maintain par stock of supplies
- keep dining area and supplies guest-ready
- close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies
- maintain safety and security practices
- ensure compliance with emergency procedures
- maintain certification from brand approved responsible vendor training program
- assist guests with inquiries
- participate in inventory, ordering and receiving of products
- work collaboratively within the team
- effectively communicate with guests and staff
- promote and market products to increase sales
- perform other duties as assigned within capability
