Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent of GED
  • associate's degree preferred
  • one year experience following standard recipes
  • experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred
  • maintain required state food certifications
  • knowledge of food cost control and usage guidelines
  • ability to follow recipes and guidelines

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent quality of product and service to guests
  • prepare menu items following standard recipes
  • store and maintain par stock of supplies
  • keep dining area and supplies guest-ready
  • close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies
  • maintain safety and security practices
  • ensure compliance with emergency procedures
  • maintain certification from brand approved responsible vendor training program
  • assist guests with inquiries
  • participate in inventory, ordering and receiving of products
  • work collaboratively within the team
  • effectively communicate with guests and staff
  • promote and market products to increase sales
  • perform other duties as assigned within capability
