Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capability to stand for extended periods
- basic food handling knowledge
- ability to work well under pressure

- willingness to participate in a tip-sharing pool

Job Duties
- prepare sandwiches and salads according to Mendocino Farms standards
- assist with kitchen prep and maintaining cleanliness
- ensure food safety and quality control compliance
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- participate in the tip pool as a team member
- communicate effectively with front-of-house staff
- passionately connect with guests to deliver a positive dining experience
