Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • clean, disinfect and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • prepare, season, and cook foods according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control
  • inspect preparation and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
