Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts

Job Qualifications

- previous cooking or kitchen experience is advantageous

Job Duties
- accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
- clean, disinfect and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- check quality and freshness of ingredients
- prepare, season, and cook foods according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control
- inspect preparation and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
- substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
