Job Requirements
- Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
- Compliance with COVID-19 safety protocols, including vaccinations and use of personal protective equipment as required
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a line cook in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
- 2 to 5 years of experience working on a fast-paced line or prep station
- Ability to prepare high-quality dishes promptly and consistently
- Effective communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Passion for customer service and creating excellent culinary experiences
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals from scratch using fresh, local ingredients
- Follow seasonal menu plans and recipes accurately
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment during scheduled hours
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and kitchen area
- Collaborate closely with kitchen team members to ensure seamless service
- Interact warmly with residents and guests, building meaningful relationships
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
