Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
  • ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards before serving
  • participate in menu planning and development, offering suggestions for new dishes and seasonal changes
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • monitor and restock inventory, ensuring the kitchen is adequately supplied at all times
  • collaborate with other kitchen staff to optimize workflow and maintain strong communication
  • assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and culinary skill development
