Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
- ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards before serving
- participate in menu planning and development, offering suggestions for new dishes and seasonal changes
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations
- monitor and restock inventory, ensuring the kitchen is adequately supplied at all times
- collaborate with other kitchen staff to optimize workflow and maintain strong communication
- assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and culinary skill development
