Job Duties

  • Meal preparation and cooking, ensuring adherence to dietary guidelines and menu planning
  • Collaborate with the dietary department to create balanced menus that cater to various dietary restrictions
  • Provide exceptional food service in a fine dining environment, ensuring that meals are presented beautifully and served promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to all food safety regulations
  • Handle food with care, demonstrating proper food handling techniques at all times
  • Support catering events by preparing and serving meals as needed
  • Utilize strong knife skills for meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepared to specification
  • Engage with guests to provide excellent service, addressing any dietary inquiries or concerns
