- must possess a high school diploma or equivalent education
- knowledge of state and federal food-handling regulations, including food service operations strong desired
- demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies
- demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve attractive, nutritious, and palatable meals consistent with regulations and established policies
- Ensure compliance with state and federal food-handling regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen and dining areas
- Monitor food quality and portion control
- Collaborate with nutrition and culinary team members to optimize meal delivery
- Assist with inventory and ordering of food supplies
- Support a positive dining experience within a faith-based environment
